On March 4th many artists were part of the digital campaign organized by Mad Cool Festival to raise consciousness about HPV. Prevention has always been centered around women, because the main problem is the cervix cancer.
Therefore traditional approach made women the only responsible and in charge of this prevention, however men also transmit the virus and with this campaign the message to get across was of equality and mutual awareness. HPV it’s everyone’s business.
Artists like Meseta, Rebeca Khamlichi, Robie, Maria de Juan, Anouck The Band, Lizi Forte, Marjei, Dani Red, Sons of Med, Afrojuice 195, Olalla, Carrera, Odina, Maria Sioke and Ganges joined the initiative.
