Since his humble beginnings in 2008 recording 'For Emma, Forever Ago' in a cabin in Wisconsin Bon Iver has managed the impressive feat of creating incredibly nuanced experimental music whilst still filling arenas. As the creative force behind Bon Iver, Justin Vernon's influence is heard widely across different genres as he has developed into a genuine artist's artist; this can be witnessed by the deft hand he's lent to music from acts as diverse as Kanye West, Vince Staples or James Blake. Since 'For Emma, Forever Ago' Bon Iver has released two studio albums under the moniker: the self-titled 'Bon Iver' (2011) and '22, A Million' (2016) as well as two Volcano Choir albums and his collaboration with The National's Aaron Dessner as Big Red Machine.
