Portugal. The Man is an alternative pop-rock band hailing from Wasilla (Alaska) but now based in Portland, Oregon. The band was formed by Joh Baldwin Gourley (vocals, guitar, organ), Zachary Scott Carothers (bass, chorus), Kyle O'Quin (keyboards, synths, guitar), Eric Howk (guitar) and Jason Sechrist (drums).
Since their foundation in 2005, Portugal. The Man have released four EPs and eight studio albums. Their latest album, Woodstock (2017) featured the phenomenal hit 'Feel It Still', which so far has been played 22 million times on YouTube.
But Portugal. The Man are by no means a one-hit-wonder. Their long history and their collaborations with artists such as Yoko Ono and Danger Mouse prove otherwise. Almost 10 years after their last visit to Spain, the band arrives in Madrid to play old and new songs at Mad Cool Festival 2018.
