The organization of Mad Cool Festival, would like to say that we are very grateful to all the people who have helped make this third edition sold-out, and now we want to help you solve all the possible doubts that may arise regarding the sending of wristbands. Keep in mind that the sending of wristbands continues. However, here we answer some FAQs.
Will I be able to enter the festival if for some reason I do not receive my wristband?
Of course you will. All those people who have purchased their tickets for Mad Cool 2018 through our official points of sale will be able to access the site.
Is it possible to pick it up directly on the premises?
Yes it is possible. You must present your printed ticket in the wristband tents that you will find next to the access of the enclosure to be able to pick up your wristband.
Will I be refunded for shipping?
The service of sending wristbands is the courtesy of Mad Cool Festival and does not actually increase the cost of entry. Please note that distribution costs charged are not shipping costs. It is only for the shipments outside Spain that the price of tickets is an additional 5 euros. If that is true in your case, of course, be assured that you will be paid the difference.
Will there be a lot of queue to pick up the wristbands?
The vast majority of wristbands have already been sent and received by their owners. But we recommend that you go to the venue sufficiently in advance so you can enjoy everything you intended. Our colleagues will facilitate your access to the festival as quickly as possible.
Do I have to activate my wristband? Can I activate it on the premises?
If you received your wristband at home, it is not necessary to activate it. If you acquired it with your Fnac Pack, you must activate it beforehand through our website by entering your code in this link: http://activaciones.madcool.es/
I have not received the VIP Pack, can I pick it up at the venue?
Yes, of course. You can pick up your VIP Pack in the exclusive access for VIP clients of the festival.
Therefore, if you have not received your wristband by Thursday, July 12, these are the steps you must follow:
1. You must have the ticket printed by yourself and presented to the staff at the ticket offices.
2. Once this step is completed, you will receive the wristband corresponding to the type of ticket you have purchased (day ticket or the 3 day pass).
We remind you that only tickets purchased at the official points of sale will be valid: Mad Cool Festival website, Ticketmaster, Festicket, Fnac, Carrefour and Halcón Viajes.
