Wristband delivery will take place shortly and these will be sent to the home address assigned to your account. Only those purchased online or with the FNAC pack will have this delivery service.
Mad Cool will inform all wristband holders via email when the delivery campaign starts for Mad Cool Festival 2019.
If you purchased more than one wristband in the same transaction, all of these will be delivered to the same address you provided.
Each buyer will receive an email 48 hours prior to the delivery, stating delivery status, and the delivery company contact details.
Its compulsory that the person that gets the delivery, signs upon receipt of such, with their name and valid ID, to record the receipt of the package. Failing to do so, the package will not be delivered and the owner should pick it up from the delivery company office closer to his address.
Should you wish to modify your address or cancel the wristband delivery to pick it up at the festival, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the following:
Mad cool can only guarantee the address change if the recipient sends the email before the delivery company sends out the confirmation email. Any change submitted after receiving such email will incur an extra charge for the buyer.
Once you receive your wristband, make sure you don’t damage or loose it. We recommend you keep it in a safe place until the Festival where you will need it to access the venue on all three days. If your wristband is not in good condition, access to the festival might be denied.
On the festival’s first day, make sure you also bring a copy of your purchase. If there is any issue when accessing the show, you should go to the INCIDENCIAS booth right next to the festival entrance.
