No. You can purchase a pass for Mad Cool, which grants access to the venue for all festival days, or buy a day ticket that provides access to the venue for one of the four days (the day of your choice).
Performance times will not differ significantly from their usual tour shows. The schedule and stage for each artist will be announced a few weeks before the festival. Keep in mind that this is a multi-artist event, so the advertised show times may be subject to changes due to live event conditions.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except for legally stipulated reasons included in our general terms and conditions of ticket sales and access.

• If you don’t have a ticket for Mad Cool Festival, you can buy your ticket for Brunch Electronik x Mad Cool separately at www.madcooltickets.com starting at €30 + booking fees. The price will increase as availability decreases.
No, entry to Brunch Electronik x Mad Cool is sold separately and is not included in the 3-day passes for Mad Cool Festival 2025.

The wristband is the means through which you can purchase various goods and services offered by the Festival within the venue, both in cash and by card. The wristband will serve as your "identification" inside the venue. To pay with the wristband at the festival, you will need to top it up before and/or during the festival. We recommend checking the FAQs on wristband top-ups in the upcoming 'Wristband Top-up' section.
Shipping will begin in May and will continue until the end of June.
There is no minimum top-up amount, nor is there a limit on top-ups; you can top up your wristband as many times as you wish.
Check the address in your Mad Cool Area profile to ensure it arrives at the correct destination.
The wristband will be sent to the address you have entered in your Mad Cool Area profile.

If your country is not on this list, it means your ticket does not include wristband shipping. In this case, you will need to collect it at the festival entrance by showing your ticket. We will provide collection details later on.
You can modify the address in your Mad Cool Area profile as long as your wristband has not yet left the warehouse. We recommend checking your details and updating the address as soon as possible. Once the wristband has been processed and/or dispatched from the warehouse, you can track its status in Mad Cool Area.
Within your Mad Cool Area profile, you can select the relevant option ("I don't want to receive my wristband at home") in the "Your Details" section.
If you selected this option, you will need to collect your wristband at the festival wristband point before entering, by showing your ticket. We will provide more information about the location of this point later on.

It is the online platform where you can check and modify your shipping details to correctly receive your wristband. Additionally, Mad Cool Area allows you to view your tickets and top up your wristband.
You can access Mad Cool Area from https://madcoolarea.es/ You will need your purchase reference and the email you used to buy your ticket to access your profile.
The purchase reference is your order number. For tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, you can find the Reference Number both in the confirmation email and on the ticket itself. It appears as REF and consists of seven digits.

APMR tickets are exclusively for companions of people with reduced mobility (PMR). They allow access to the festival through the exclusive PMR entrance to facilitate entry into the venue.

Exception: If a PMR attendee requires their APMR companion to assist them on the platform, access will be granted to the companion as long as there is available space and reasonable criteria are followed to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
