No. You can purchase a pass for Mad Cool, which grants access to the venue for all festival days, or buy a day ticket that provides access to the venue for one of the four days (the day of your choice).
Performance times will not differ significantly from their usual tour shows. The schedule and stage for each artist will be announced a few weeks before the festival. Keep in mind that this is a multi-artist event, so the advertised show times may be subject to changes due to live event conditions.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased, except in cases provided by law and outlined in our ticket sales terms and conditions.

Yes, but you must be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian. If they are unavailable, you must be accompanied by an adult authorized by your parent or legal guardian (authorization form available in the terms of sale) and carry the authorization with you.
Tickets are free for children aged 0 to 8. They must always enter and stay accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, or if they are unavailable, by an adult authorized by their parent or legal guardian (authorization form available in the terms of sale). At the venue, children under 8 must collect their wristbands at the ticket office.
Ticket prices are the same for people with reduced mobility. They can access areas designated for people with reduced mobility along with a companion (with their own ticket).
