Yes, tickets are not personalized. However, please note that reselling tickets is illegal in Spain under certain circumstances as stated in our Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales and Access, which you must read before purchasing your ticket.
No. Mad Cool is a multi artist music festival, which means your ticket or pass gives you access to the venue and the full programme, not to the performance of one specific artist. You can buy a Mad Cool pass, which gives you access to the venue on all festival days, or purchase a one day ticket, which gives you access to the venue on one of the four days, whichever day interests you most.
Performance times will not differ significantly from their usual tour shows. The schedule and stage for each artist will be announced a few weeks before the festival. Keep in mind that this is a multi-artist event, so the advertised show times may be subject to changes due to live event conditions.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased, except in cases provided by law and outlined in our ticket sales terms and conditions.

It is the online platform where you can check and modify your shipping details to correctly receive your wristband. Additionally, Mad Cool Area allows you to view your tickets and top up your wristband when available

You’ll need the code from one of your tickets and the email address you used to make the purchase to access your profile.
The purchase reference is the alphanumeric code located just below the QR on your ticket.
Make sure the email you are using to log in is the same one used for the purchase. In the case of Ingresse, it should be the one linked to your Ingresse account. Check that there are no spaces before or after the email.
Also, ensure that the ticket code is correct, and that there are no spaces before or after the code.

APMR tickets are exclusively for companions of people with reduced mobility (PMR). They allow access to the festival through the exclusive PMR entrance to facilitate entry into the venue.

Exception: If a PMR attendee requires their APMR companion to assist them on the platform, access will be granted to the companion as long as there is available space and reasonable criteria are followed to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
