The European Data Protection Regulation will be of direct application and of obligatory compliance and, therefore, at MAD COOL FESTIVAL - deeply aware of the strict compliance with the applicable regulations and, above all, with the respect and guarantee of your fundamental right to data protection - we have adapted the conditions of use and the Privacy Policy to be, if possible, more transparent and so that you know at all times what we use your personal data for and we have your express consent for its processing for the purposes that, at MAD COOL, we understand to be of interest to you.

We therefore ask you to read the new terms of use and, if you wish, to continue to give us your consent to the processing of your data. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as with regard to Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantees of digital rights (LOPCGDD) and with regard to the data identified as identification data and contact data, I consent to their processing for the following purposes:

What is this law for?

To manage its relationship with Mad Cool Festival.

Why should this law be legitimised?

Because the data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party and you have given your consent.

Who are the recipients of your data?

Only Mad Cool Festival. Your personal data will not be transferred unless legally obliged to do so.

What rights do you have as a member of our database?

Access, rectify and delete your personal data (name, surname and email).

Your data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to accredit the relationship between both parties (user and festival). You can exercise your rights of access, limitation, portability, complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Authority, deletion or oblivion, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of data through the e-mail where we will provide answers to any queries of this nature.
