Mad Cool Festival is delighted to announce the addition of Muse as the new Thursday headliner on 10 July, completing the line-up for its eagerly anticipated eighth edition. The British band, widely hailed as one of the most influential forces in modern rock, returns to the festival following their unforgettable performance in 2022.
Muse step in to replace Kings of Leon, who have been forced to cancel their European and UK tour dates after frontman Caleb Followill underwent emergency surgery. Mad Cool booking team moved swiftly to secure a high-profile replacement, and the inclusion of Muse reflects that commitment to delivering an exceptional line-up.
Their appearance at Mad Cool Festival 2025 will be part of their European tour as an exclusive date in Spain. Renowned worldwide for their electrifying live shows and state-of-the-art production, Matt Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme and Dominic Howard promise a performance not to be missed.
Muse will perform alongside acts such as Iggy Pop, and Weezer, in what is set to be an unforgettable night of rock. Their return also offers fans a chance to relive the energy and spectacle of their 2022 set: a performance that has since become part of the festival’s legacy.
