After the recent cancellation of RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, and despite the efforts made to find the best solution in this short period of time, we are sorry to announce that MAD COOL SUNSET'S organization has decided to cancel Mad Cool Sunset 2022.
We understand that the cancellation of Mad Cool's Sunset main headliner has meant a disappointment and a change of plans for many of the attendees, since being part of RATM'S return, was in many cases, the reason why many of the you purchased tickets.
The festival's organization is already working and in continuous contact with the Californian band in order to have them back as soon as possible and enjoy their live performance on one of our stages.
This hard decision has been taken after evaluating all the options and with the clear and strong objective of being as honest and transparent as possible both with the public and with the rest of the bands that were going to be part of this new Mad Cool Sunset Festival.
From the organization we will continue working so that Mad Cool Sunset, the new project that we have started with so much enthusiasm, can be carried out in 2023 and finally turns out to be the best way to end the summer.
We offer the option of refund your Mad Cool Sunset ticket for a 3-day pass for Andalucía Big Festival in Malaga that will take place the next September 8th, 9th an 10th. The deadline to request the change is from now, August 29th until September 6th. If you have not requested the change within the term, the amount of your ticket will be automatically refunded, except for the management fees. Refunds will start from the 6th of September.

What do you offer me in exchange for the cancellation?
Due to this cancellation the organization offers the possibility to exchange the tickets purchased for Mad Cool Sunset for a 3-day pass for the Andalucia Big Festival, which takes place in Malaga on September 8th, 9th and 10th. The application must be submitted from Monday August 29th to Tuesday September 6th.
How do I request this change?
Each official ticket holder will have a different form to request it (info below).
What can I do if I don't want to exchange my ticket for Andalucía Big Festival?
From Tuesday September 6th, all those who have not requested this exchange, will receive the refund of their Mad Cool Sunset ticket without having to do any management, it will be all automatically.
Where will I receive the refund of my ticket?
You will receive the amount in the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Will the booking fee be refunded?
No, bokking fees will not be refunded.
How long will it take for the refund to arrive?
The refund will be effective within 14 days after September 6.
