What is the festival´s wristband for?

The wristband is the only access and payment method of the festival. It will work as your "ID" as a Mad Cooler.


When will the Mad Cool 2023 wristbands be shipped?

Shipping will begin in May and will last until the end of June.


When will I receive my wristband if I live in Spain?

Between May and June. 24 hours before you receive your wristband you will receive a message confirming your delivery either by phone or email from Correos Express (for shipments to Spain).If for any reason the delivery cannot be made on the scheduled date, Correos Express will contact you at the email or phone number you previously provided in your Mad Cool Area, to arrange where and how the new delivery will take place.


When will I receive my wristband if I live in Europe?

Between the months of May and June. If you have any questions about your order, you can contact directly pulseras@madcool.es


When will I receive my wristband if I live outside of Europe?

If you reside outside of Spain and Europe, you will be able to pick up your wristband at the festival entrance. We will inform you through our channels about where this point will be located.


Where will my wristband be sent?

Your wristband will be sent to the address you entered in your Mad Cool Area profile (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Greece and Serbia). Check the address to make sure it arrives at the correct destination. For people who bought their ticket without sending a wristband (eTicket), you will have to pick it up at the wristband pick up point at the festival.


Can I change the shipping address?

You can change the address as long as your wristband has not left the warehouse, so we recommend that you check your details and change the address as soon as possible. Once the wristband has left the warehouse, you will be able to check this in the Mad Cool Area


What can I do if I don´t want to receive my wristband at home and I want to pick it up at the venue instead?

You can click on the corresponding checkbox located in ¨Your Details¨ in Mad Cool Area ("I don´t want to receive my wristband at home"). Then you will be able to pick up your wristband at the festival´s wristband pick up point, before entering the festival. We will give you more information about the location of this wristband pick up point later.


Can I track the shipment of my wristband?

24 hours before receiving your wristband, you will receive a message from Correos Express (only for shipments to Spain) by phone or email. They will give you a tracking number from where you can check the status of your shipment.


What can I do if my wristband arrives damaged?

If you have any problem with your wristband you can contact us by email at pulseras@madcool.es


What happens if I lose my wristband?

If you lose your wristband before the festival, please contact us at pulseras@madcool.es

In case you lose it inside the festival, you must go to the incident area at the entrance of the venue to get a new access wristband that will invalidate the previous one.


Can I top up my wristband before arriving at the festival?

Yes, you can top up your wristband before arriving at the festival. We recommend that you do it in advance to avoid any waits.


How can I top up my wirstband?

You can top up your wristband through the Mad Cool Area, through our official APP, and at the physical recharge points within the festival.


What is Mad Cool Area?

It is the area within Mad Cool Festival where you can check and modify your shipping information in order to receive your wristband properly. In addition, Mad Cool Area allows you to check your tickets and recharge your wristband too (coming soon).


How do I access Mad Cool Area?

You can access Mad Cool Área from https://madcoolarea.es/. If you are a Ticketmaster / Mad Cool Tickets or Lyte customer, you will need your purchase reference and the email with which you purchased your ticket to access your profile.


What is my Purchase Reference?

The purchase reference is the order number.

For tickets purchased on Ticketmaster you can find the reference number on both the purchase confirmation email and on the ticket. It appears as REF and has seven digits:

On Lyte tickets it appears as Order# and has 7 digits:

If you do not have this number, you must request it from the corresponding ticketing company or check them in your Ticketmaster or Lyte profile


What can I do if I have problems accessing Mad Cool Area?

  • Check that the email with which you are trying to access is the one used in the purchase. In the case of Ticketmaster, it is the one associated to your Ticketmaster account. Check that there are no spaces before or after the email.
  • Check that the order number is correct. Check that there are no spaces before or after the email

What can I do if I can´t see all my tickets in my Mad Cool Area account?

If you have purchased at different times and/or have multiple purchases, you will need to log in as many times as you have purchased. Use each order number to log in and view the tickets for each purchase.

What can I do if I can´t find a ticket and I didn´t receive the purchase confirmation email?

In these cases, you will have to contact the ticket office where you made the purchase. These are the contact fill out forms for each of the ticket offices:

What are the sales channels through which tickets can be purchased?


How many tickets can I buy?

A maximum of 20 tickets can be acquired per purchase. All wristbands purchased in one purchase will be shipped to a single address.


Can I buy the ticket and have someone else use it?

Yes, the tickets are not nominative. We remind you though that resale is illegal in Spain.


Are there any tickets for just one concert?

No. You can buy your season ticket for Mad Cool and you will have access to the site during all the days of the festival or, if not, you can buy a day ticket that gives you access to the site one of the three days (the day you are most interested in).


How long will each artist perform?

The duration will not vary that much from the rest of the shows of their respective tours. The schedule and stage where each artist performs will be published a few weeks before the festival


Can I request a ticket refund?

Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded, based on our ticketing conditions.


What are the season ticket prices?

With wristband delivery to the peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Regular season ticket - 189€ + distribution costs.VIP Season Ticket - 480€ + booking fee.

With wristband shipment to European countries*:Regular Pass - €195 + booking fee.VIP Pass - €490 + booking fee.

What are the day ticket prices?

With delivery of the festival wristband to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

What is Mad Cool Travel?

Is the hotel reservation platform, through which you can book your stay in a wide selection of hotels and enjoy the days of the festival with all the comfort.


Will only hotel reservations located in Madrid be available?

Mad Cool Travel only offers the option of booking hotels that are within the Region of Madrid.


Do I need to have tickets for the festival in order to make a reservation through Mad Cool Travel?

No, it is not necessary to have a GA ticket or a Day ticket for Mad Cool Festival.


Are there reservations available for groups?

Yes, with a maximum of 4 people per room.

Do I have to be of legal age to go to Mad Cool Festival?

You can enter the festival without the need to be accompanied by a person of legal age from 16 years old.


If I am under 16 years old, can I enter?

You can enter, but you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If they cannot, you must be accompanied by a person of legal age authorized by your parent or legal guardian (authorization form is provided in the conditions of sale) and bring the authorization with you.


Do children pay admission?

Admission is free for children from 0 to 8 years old. They must always be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian or, if they are unable to do so, by a person of legal age authorized by their parent or legal guardian (authorization form is provided in the conditions of sale). At the venue, children under 8 years of age must pick up their wristband at the Box Office.


What are the ticket prices for people with reduced mobility?

The ticket price is the same for people with reduced mobility. They will be able to access the areas enabled for people with reduced mobility with an accompanying person (with a festival ticket).
